“By making an appointment, you agree to our cancellation policy and other terms and conditions.”

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy.
If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please give at least 24 hours' notice.

CANCELLATION FEE:

At least 24 hours prior ... Free
Within 24 hours ... 100% of the service amount
No-show ... 100% of the service amount

SAME-DAY CHANGES & LATE ARRIVALS:

Same-day appointment changes are not accepted.
If you are more than 15 minutes late without contacting us, your appointment may be cancelled and treated as a no-show.
